AMI does not store or hold any credit card information except that which is required for the processing of an individual transaction, in which case it is held only for the duration of the that Credit Card Transaction.

Information submitted by you to any of the Communuty Forums is stored securely within the Forum relational database. Additionally, email addresses (required to register as a Forum user) are never published by AMI, are not publicly available on the www.smokingshot.com site, and are only referenced by our employees for statistical and marketing purposes. We will never sell or transfer your electronic mail address.

In order to use the forums hosted by AMI, a username, password and e-mail address are required. Neither the Administrators of these Forums, or the participating Moderators, are responsible for the privacy practices of any user. Remember that all information disclosed in the Forums becomes public information. Caution should be exercised in deciding to share any information. Any user finding posted material objectionable is encouraged to contact us via e-mail. AMI are implicitly authorized to remove or modify any submitted data for any reason felt to constitute a violation of our AMI policy, whether stated, implied or not.

This www.smokingshot.com site may contain links to other web sites and files, where AMI has no control over content. AMI cannot ensure it will not be offensive or objectionable. AMI will remove links to material that is felt to be inappropriate as soon as this becomes apparent.

The Forums give users two options for changing and modifying information that are provided in their profile:

• Users can login with their username & password to change any information in their profile.
• In case of a lost password, users can send an e-mail to the forum administrator through the site.
